OUR SHIPPING POLICY: 

To best ensure that you receive your package properly, please set up an account with Vanity Collection Boutique to verify your shipping information and to allow for easy contact during your transaction. Please be sure to use correct full contact information, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and other specified information. We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. Please specify if you would like insurance on your order for an additional cost. 

We will ship via USPS. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. 

 

Processing Time: 

All orders, regardless of the size, are subject to processing time. Note, the processing time is apart from the time it takes to ship the order. Please allow 1-3 days to process the order and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Orders are subject to ship faster than the estimated processing and shipping time, or after depending on weather and other unforeseen conditions. 

On Sunday's and Holidays, please allow for additional time for your orders as post offices are typically closed on these hours. 

 

Shipping Rate and Timeline: 

Orders within the Unites states take about 1-3 weeks to be completed processed and shipped to our customers. 

Use the tracking number provided with your order to monitor your order progress, and please reach out if there are any questions or concerns. 

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

 

Shipping Fees: 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Vanitycollectionboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

 

Free Dallas Pick-up: 

Local pick-up is offered to local Dallas/Fort Worth Residents. Please only select this option if you are able to pick up this order within 3-5 days of your purchase. As of February 2022, all orders that are purchased with the "free pick-up" selection that are outside of the jurisdiction will not receive their order until the shipping cost is fulfilled. 

 

Delivery Policy: 

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Vanity Collection Boutique does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

 

Out of Stock Products: 

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
