Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, swim wear, accessories, and bodysuits (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Discounted Items are FINAL SALE.
- Shoes must not be worn or have visible wear.
- Items must have original tagging.
- Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
- Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on it’s way back to Vanity Head quarters.
